Shannon has spent three decades learning where systems fracture and how they can be redesigned. An entrepreneur and systems architect, she has built ventures, advised multinational corporations, governments, and First Nations. Shannon led a regional initiative spanning all seven Central American nations, and as a government executive secured over $650 million for transit-oriented development in BC. That experience, across cultures and systems, informed the creation of a stewardship model where governance holds purpose and the value communities generate circulates back to them.
