Alba Tiley is a Canadian sustainability strategist and foresight advisor based in Amsterdam. Over the past 15 years she has held senior roles in corporate sustainability and public affairs at Royal DSM and Centrient Pharmaceuticals, working at the intersection of sustainability strategy, stakeholder engagement, and long-term business transformation.
She now advises organisations navigating systemic sustainability challenges and co-founded Futures & Sustainability, an Amsterdam-based platform bringing together business, policy, academia and the creative sector around new approaches to societal transitions. Her advisory work focuses on helping executives integrate futures thinking into governance and strategy.
Alba also teaches Corporate Foresight for Sustainability at EDHEC Business School’s Net Positive Business Center.
