Allison works with Cities and their partners on their shift from sustainability and climate action planning to implementation. Most recently she’s done this as the Managing Director of the Canadian Urban Sustainability Professionals (CUSP), a municipal network of sustainability directors from Canada’s 17 large and leading cities comprising 55% of Canada’s population and generating 60% of GDP.
Allison has worked inside, and continues to work alongside, local government to design and execute local climate and energy programs and sustainable infrastructure projects.
Allison brings a unique skillset to teams designing and deploying local climate and sustainability initiatives with 7 years in local government sustainability at the City of Victoria, combined with 11 years at Deloitte working in financial and regulatory strategy; business process improvement; mergers, acquisitions and joint venture partnerships; and, public reporting, audit and accounting.
