Bianca Da Silva has 15 years of experience in the textile and apparel industry, across both manufacturing and brand sectors. Bianca’s expertise spans across supply chain management, quality control, raw materials sourcing and development, production optimization, process improvement, change management, innovation and environmental sustainability. Bianca holds diplomas in Textile, Business Management Supply Chain, and Marketing, complemented by an MBA in Sustainable Innovation with the University of Victoria. Her professional journey is marked by a commitment to integrating sustainable practices within the textile/apparel industries. Most recently, Bianca joined the Board of Directors of a Vancouver based non-profit organization tackling textile waste.
