As Co-founder of the Wealth Design Studio, Cassie works internationally to reimagine and redesign the private wealth ecosystem, both its psychology and its structures, so more capital can move, faster, as a regenerative and worldbuilding force. She is also Co-founder of Wealth Currents, a magazine exploring how wealth might be held, moved and stewarded differently. Across both, she is interested in what a time of metacrisis and growing civilisational risk asks of wealth.
Drawing on a background in psychology and design, alongside practices spanning systems innovation, futures and foresight, Cassie works with individual wealth stewards, family offices, philanthropic foundations and those working within wealth management.
Her practice is grounded in eight years spent inside philanthropic institutions. She played a pivotal role in designing the Emerging Futures programme at the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, co-created and led field-building at Partners for a New Economy, and led Innovation, Policy and Practice at The National Lottery Community Fund. Over the past decade, both alongside those institutional roles and in the years since, Cassie has provided strategic accompaniment in a consulting capacity to more than 15 public, private and corporate foundations across Canada, the UK and Europe, supporting them to develop new strategies capable of meeting what these times require. She divides her time between Canada, the UK and Europe.
