Cordell Jacks is General Partner and co-founder of Regenerative Capital Group (RCG), a Canadian investment platform working at the intersection of regenerative development and search funds / ETA (Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition). RCG’s core thesis is that the ‘silver tsunami’—the generational ownership succession of small and mid-sized enterprises over the next decade, the largest employer and component of GDP—represents one of the most powerful levers and pivot points for economic and civilizational renewal in the real economy. RCG funds and develops cohorts of values-aligned entrepreneurs (CEOs-in-Residence) to search for, acquire, and evolve legacy “old-economy” businesses—guiding them toward regenerative forms of governance, leadership, and value creation. Cordell lives in Cascadia, in the city of Campbell River, on Vancouver Island, where him and his wife have helped lead the launch of a regenerative school for their children.
