Dylan has a distinguished career in community philanthropy and a strong track record of values-based leadership. He has been committed to the community foundation movement for many years and has early hands-on experience as the founding Executive Officer at the Fremantle Foundation.
He joined Community Foundations Australia in late 2024 to support growing the network across the country as the Senior Director of Foundation and Field Development. Dylan is well known for his commitment to First Nations engagement in philanthropy and enabling the growth of giving in Western Australia through his previous role as State Manager at Philanthropy Australia. He oversaw the growth of the peak body’s membership in the state and developed the areas of impact investing, collaborative funding and collective giving.
Dylan is also a former Chair and Director of Community Foundations Australia.
He lives on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja and respects their continuing culture, leadership and contribution to the life of the region. |
