Holly McHugh

Holly McHugh serves on the Board of Directors of UN Global Compact Network Canada, contributing to the Network’s advancement of the sustainable development goals and to Mejuri’s Forward Faster commitments on gender equality, climate action, and living wages.


Holly is Vice President of Sustainability & Social Impact at Mejuri, the Toronto-based fine jewelry brand, where she has built the company’s responsible sourcing, climate, philanthropy and traceability programs from foundation. As a founding partner of Regeneration, Mejuri sources Salmon Gold™ — a fully traceable gold re-mined from legacy mine sites in Alaska, Yukon and British Columbia, with ecological restoration co-created with Indigenous and First Nations communities. 


With a twenty-year career in sustainability including prior leadership at Tiffany & Co. and Kering, Holly has contributed to multi-stakeholder collaborations across industries and brands on traceability, transparency, responsible minerals, as well as  serving on the boards of Regeneration and Ethical Metalsmiths.
