Kariann has been a purpose-driven ideator and change-maker, deeply committed to sustainability and the full potential of people for over 30 years. She has worked across multiple sectors in Canada and internationally, designing and implementing social impact-focused initiatives, from co-founding a youth social-impact internship program, designing & teaching experiential-learning sustainability-focused management curriculum, embedding community engagement & impact practices within the mining sector, to empowering young Canadian innovators to channel their sustainability-motivated tech-ingenuity towards solutions for freshwater.
