Lisa Prime, MCIP RPP is Director of Sustainability at Diamond Schmitt Architects and a Board Director for the UN Global Compact Network Canada. With 30 years of professional experience in sustainability, climate, community planning and urban revitalization, she is passionate about placemaking and data driven solutions for long-term sustainability by design. She is a strategy and facilitation expert advancing goal setting and implementation of innovative design opportunities for projects, supporting client ESG strategy and UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) integration. A former Chief Planner for the City of Cambridge, Ontario, her experience also includes signature and award-winning initiatives, notably Toronto’s Waterfront re-naturalizing of the Don River mouth and urban revitalization. Lisa contributes to strategy for low carbon solutions and resilience by design at scale and for site level and in various collaborations.
