Louise Adongo is a systems-focused, values-driven leader who works at the intersection of strategy, equity, and cultural transformation. Previously she has worked for more than a decade in provincial government and in leadership of Inspiring Communities, a nonprofit intermediary that has since sunset. She brings this experience into her work as a member of the Ever/Was collective.
Grounded in relational governance and informed by Systems Transformational Leadership, she engages with courageous imagination, clarity, and care. As founder and principal consultant at Caprivian Strip Inc., her practice is rooted in feminist and community-based ethics — building institutions that center trust, shift power, and serve as vessels for intergenerational impact.
Often observed as wearing many hats, she is also keen to volunteer in her community and sits on the boards of Cecilia Concerts, the Tamarack Institute, NPower Canada and PPX where she currently serves in various leadership and support roles.
A natural weaver and connector, often sitting on the periphery across networks, she is also a fellow with States of Change and a Senior Fellow with the Waterloo Institute of Social Innovation and Resilience (WISIR).
