Megan Gordon is the manager of the Pembina Institute’s Sustainable Workforce program, where she develops policy solutions to support workers and communities through Canada’s clean energy transition. She works closely with labour organizations, industry and governments to advance people-centred climate policy and serves on the board of Blue-Green Canada. Prior to joining Pembina, Megan was a policy advisor with Environment and Climate Change Canada and contributed to research on regional energy workforce transitions. She has experience engaging with communities affected by the coal phase-out and economic changes in the forest sector. Megan holds a Master of Natural Resources and Environmental Studies from the University of Northern British Columbia and a Bachelor of Public Administration from the University of Ottawa.
