Mindy Wight, CPA, CA is Chief Executive Officer of Nch’ḵay̓ Development Corporation,
the Squamish Nation’s economic development group. She leads enterprise strategy,
capital deployment, and governance across a real estate and business portfolio
spanning more than 1,250 acres in Greater Vancouver, the Squamish Valley, and Howe
Sound, including the landmark Sen̓áḵw development. Previously a Tax Partner and
National Leader of Indigenous Tax Services at MNP LLP, Mindy now serves as a
corporate director for Cedar Leaf Capital Inc. and the Greater Vancouver Board of
Trade. She holds the ICD.D designation and is a proud member of the Squamish
Nation.
