Oliver Stokes is a 4th-year student at the University of Victoria majoring in History and Minoring in Political Science. He has served as the President of the UVic Conservative Club since September 2025 and spent the summer on Parliament Hill in Ottawa as part of the Conservative Party’s internship program, working in the Chief Opposition Whip’s Office.
