Skye Noh is an Associate, Private Investment Research at Rally Assets, one of Canada’s leading impact investment management and advisory firms, where she also supports Realize Capital Partners — Rally’s mandate as one of three wholesalers under the federal Social Finance Fund. She sources deal flow, conducts due diligence, manages product-issuer relationships, and supports client engagements across private markets. Skye’s commitment to reshaping who capital serves began close to home: as a student at Simon Fraser University, she worked closely on the campaign to move SFU’s endowment toward divestment, and she remains a climate justice advocate driven by the power of capital flows to deliver social and environmental impact. Before Rally, she interned across the social innovation and finance space, most notably at InBC Investment Corporation, British Columbia’s strategic investment fund. She has served as a Canada 150 Youth Delegate and a COP27 delegate, is a Propel Impact alumni, and holds a BBA in Sustainable Business from SFU.
