Stephen Jackson is the Indigenous CEO of the Indigenous non-profit organization, Anishnabeg
Outreach (AO). Under his leadership, AO has grown significantly and now operates two Centres for
Reconciliation and a farm for land-based healing in Breslau, ON. He also founded AONest, a software company that delivers self-guided mental health. The AONest System of Support delivers healing, employment, housing and intergenerational wealth building outcomes to some of Canada’s most vulnerable populations in order to prevent homelessness, addictions and incarceration. He has built partnerships and networks of support with many leading companies and organizations in Canada. Stephen’s work focusses on reconciliation outcomes and ending the care to prison pipeline. Stephen earned a Master of Applied Science in industrial psychology from the University of Waterloo.
