Emily is World Wildlife Fund-Canada’s Freshwater Manager. She has always been a nature and wildlife lover, and dreamed of having a career in conservation from a very young age. She joined WWF-Canada in 2006, and worked on a variety of projects before joining the Freshwater conservation team in 2009.
Emily holds a BSc in Zoology from the University of Guelph, and an MSc in Conservation Biology from DICE at the University of Kent. Her favourite adventure to date is her 3 month stint living in the jungles of Borneo, collecting data on bat distribution for her MSc research project
